The primary purpose of Fuller Lake Dam is recreation. The dam creates a reservoir used for recreational activities such as fishing, boating, and swimming. The dam is owned by Townes At Allyn's Landing Owners Assc., Inc. (private). It impounds the Lead Mine Creek near Ne Raleigh.

The dam stands 30 feet tall and stretches 405 feet across, and has a maximum storage capacity of 70 acre-feet. Completed in 1947, the structure is well-established, with more than 75 years of service.
